Kakao ON: This position applies a "fully flexible working system" where crew members can autonomously immerse themselves in work by setting their own start and end times within the total monthly working hours.
Kakao operates "Recovery Day" on the last Friday of every month to provide valuable rest and recharge for crew members who have worked hard throughout the month. Recovery Day can be used by crew members for rest, recharging, adjusting work rhythms, retrospection, and planning the next tasks.
Kakao's main office is the primary workplace, and each organization sets the optimal working location and method to achieve organizational performance and carry out tasks.
