[Responsibilities]
- Handle export and import-related tasks
- Process payments and product shipments for the e-commerce site
- Manage customer service (CS) for the e-commerce platform
- Oversee inventory management
- Coordinate closing processes with various channel partners
- Perform English translation tasks
[Qualifications]
- Proficient in Cantonese and English (open to both domestic and international candidates)
- No disqualifications for work visa issuance
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Familiarity with Hong Kong language and culture
- Hong Kong nationals residing in Korea
- Koreans with study-abroad experience in Hong Kong
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
