[YG JAPAN] Performance Planning and Production Staff (New Graduates and Experienced)

The YG JAPAN performance team is responsible for planning, producing, and operating performances. They plan and execute various genres and types of performances, delivering inspiration and enjoyment to audiences through creative and innovative performances, and contributing to the development of cultural arts.

The YG JAPAN performance team is looking for individuals who:

☑ Have the ability to communicate with various stakeholders

☑ Possess the passion and determination to execute tasks proactively

☑ Can adapt and drive initiatives in a rapidly changing environment

[Responsibilities]

✔ Overall planning and production of domestic and international performances for each artist

✔ Planning of Japanese and global promotions and artworks

✔ Planning of promotional/marketing strategies based on performance market and artist analysis

✔ Analysis of performance business feasibility and strategy formulation

✔ Management of performance sponsorships and partners

[Qualifications]

✔ [New Graduates] Bachelor's degree or higher

✔ [Experienced] Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant work experience

✔ Proficiency in Korean and Japanese communication

✔ Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

✔ Ability to analyze markets and issues based on strategic thinking

✔ Ability to plan fan services with a high understanding of fandoms

✔ Ability to generate creative ideas and express them visually

✔ Proactive and efficient communication skills

✔ No restrictions on overseas travel

[Preferred Qualifications]

✔ Strong interest in the K-POP/music industry and a high understanding of global media, culture, and trends

✔ Practical experience in the entertainment industry

✔ Proficiency in English communication
