Physical Music Business Team / Album and Concert Content Planning and Promotion Manager (Entry Level and Experienced)

The YG Physical Music Business Team is responsible for planning, production, distribution, and promotion of physical business aspects of YG’s albums and concert content. The team aims to launch high-satisfaction products for fans and increase sales, executing various artist-specific promotions while seeking new planning and business profitability enhancement methods.

Album or DVD Planning Portfolio Submission Required

YG Physical Music Business Team is looking for individuals who:

‍☑ Have a high understanding and interest in the music and entertainment industry

☑ Can coordinate smoothly with stakeholders based on flexible communication

☑ Approach tasks with a positive and proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

‍✔ Plan and produce album and concert content businesses

✔ Develop and execute promotion plans for album and concert content

✔ Analyze business results and derive insights

Qualifications:

‍✔ [Entry Level] Bachelor's degree with high interest and capability in product planning

✔ [Experienced] Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience

✔ Experience in planning and producing music-related products such as albums and DVDs

✔ Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Excel)

✔ Strong drive to actively plan and execute projects

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

‍✔ Skills in data analysis

✔ Proficiency in English communication

✔ Experience in working with distributors or labels

✔ Understanding of copyright law

• Full-time (3-month probationary period)
