Himedi is entering the Thai market in partnership with UNNI, Korea's largest medical beauty app. As an expansion market intern, you’ll work directly with the CEO and provide chat-based customer service to Thai customers exploring Korean medical services on the UNNU app. During this phase, both companies aim to understand the market and customer characteristics, using this insight to form a clearer strategy for entry into the Thai market. Starting with customer service, your role may expand into various areas, including business development.
