Position
Thai Localization/CM/CS Manager
Responsibilities
- Localization: Translation and proofreading of game content and other documents between Korean and Thai
- CM (Community Manager): Managing community channels (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, etc.), organizing events, and communicating with users
- CS (Customer Support): Responding to user inquiries (payment errors, account issues, game-related questions) via email
- Other: Researching localization and event cases from other companies
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai (native or near-native level) with translation and interpretation skills
- Work experience in game translation
- Strong understanding of mobile/PC games and a passion for gaming
- Familiarity and experience with the company’s game content and gameplay
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- For foreign applicants: Must possess a valid work visa or meet the requirements for an E-7 visa issuance
- Completed or exempted from military service, with no restrictions on overseas business trips
Preferred Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience living in Thailand
- Experience with translation tools
