Buddy Interview Common Question List[Korean Interview Format]

The interview format for international students is divided into two main types.

1. One-on-One Interview: Interviewer (2-3 people): Buddy (1 person) 
   - Mainly based on the resume and self-introduction letter written by the buddy. (70%) 
   - Common questions are asked to understand the buddy's job knowledge, company knowledge, and experience. (30%)
2. Group Interview: Interviewer (2-3 people): Buddy (2 or more people) 
   - Common questions are asked to understand the buddy's job knowledge, company knowledge, and experience. Buddies answer the interviewer's questions in turn. (60%) 
   - If there are relevant experiences in the self-introduction letter, the interviewer asks individual questions to the buddy. (40%)

• In a group interview, it is important not to compete with other buddies but to focus on the interview. Receiving individual questions and attention does not affect the acceptance result. It is common for multiple people to pass from the same team.

[How to Prepare for a Self-Introduction-Based Interview?]

A self-introduction-based interview is a process of discovering hidden capabilities through the buddy's experiences. Prepare answers for the [Why, How, Result] of the experiences written by the buddy.
 - Why: Why did you decide to have this experience? [Goal]
 - How: How did you perform it? Were there any difficulties? How did you overcome them? [Process]
 - Result: What did you learn? How can you apply what you learned to the company/job? [Result]

Example process of self-introduction-based interview questions about a single experience

[How to Prepare for Common Interview Questions?]

The only way to prepare for common interview questions is to study various interview questions regularly. Since you never know what questions will be asked, it's good to think about as many questions as possible in advance.

1. Can you tell us about your strengths and weaknesses? (When talking about weaknesses, mention what efforts you are making to overcome them.)

2. Introduce your strengths related to the field you applied for.
3. What skills do you think are needed to perform the job you applied for?

[Team Project Experience and Leadership]

1. If you have leadership experience, please explain.
2. (If you have a lot of leadership experience) Please explain your experience participating as a team member in a team project.

4. Can you explain your experience of doing a team project with Korean team members?
5. Have you had any conflicts with Korean team members while doing a team project?
